SERVICES & FACILITIES

Hours of Operation

The standard hours of operation for the administrative staff are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our standard operating hours for client-leased spaces are 7:00 a.m. to 10:59 p.m. daily.

Information/Concierge Desk

The Center provides information for restaurants, shopping areas, entertainment and attractions within the Puerto Rico area. The Information Desk is staffed for room night producing conventions, conferences and trade shows, and is conveniently located in the main lobby.

Telecommunications & Internet

The Telecommunications Department provides exclusive in-house services that can be tailored to meet specific event organizer and exhibitor needs. The facility can provide broadband and wireless Internet connectivity at high speeds (T-1), video conferencing, and simultaneous language translations, among others. All meeting rooms and ballrooms are equipped with Ethernet connection and capabilities. Telephones are installed and billed per order specifications.

Business Center

The on-site Business Center is conveniently located in the lobby. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and can be extended as needed. Services and products include computer rental, printing, secretarial service, copying, fax transmission and receipt, small package shipping, office products, and other services.

Parking

Self-parking lots are conveniently located adjacent to the Convention Center with capacity for 2,215 vehicles.

Building Security

The Center maintains in-house security for the premises only. The Building Security Staff maintains 24-hour security coverage for the Center's perimeter areas, internal corridors and life safety alarm system. Building Security Staff will also secure exterior and interior access doors as well as monitor internal traffic flow.

All incidents of injury, vandalism, fire, theft, etc. should be reported to the Central Security Office immediately. Following notification of any incidents, Building Security Staff will initiate appropriate reports and investigations.

Event Security can be arranged through the Event Manager or with one of the Pre-Qualified Security Companies that we have available. Ask your Event Manager for the most updated list.

Catering and Concessions

The Food & Beverage Department is prepared to offer the finest quality products and service for all functions from coffee breaks to exquisite gala banquets. Catering menus are available from the Food & Beverage Department.

Concession operations are available to provide retail sale food and beverage service for events. Permanent stands and portable theme carts will enhance any event's program by featuring a variety of specialty food and beverage items. Special menus are available to event organizers and exhibitors that will provide for in-booth food service.

Cleaning

The Center staff takes great pride in the care of the facility. Every aspect of the facility is maintained to provide you with a clean and attractive environment to house your event and welcome your members, registrants, patrons and guests.

Ambulance

All ambulance services should be requested thru the PRCC Security Department.

Business Center

Our Business Center is located right where you need it, inside the Puerto Rico Convention Center. We offer full range of business services that are convenient and competitively priced. The Business Center is a comprehensive facility providing on-site Internet access, computers, mailing capabilities, wide format printing among, many other services. Let us be your office away from the office.

Copies / Prints / Faxes

Let us help you with all your on site document needs. Full-color and black on white copying and laser printing available for your handouts, flyers, transparencies and more. All while you wait.

Graphic Center

Banners, signs, high-quality impressions.

Located at the PRCC Business Center, we offer various high-quality specialty media for every printing need, from high-end photo paper to museum-quality canvas and durable indoor signage media

Available Media:

Vinyl, Premium Coated Bond, Premier Water Resistant Canvas, Premium Photographic Lustre/Kodak 200g & 260g.

Wide selection of other professional media available upon request. Samples available at the Business Center.

Computer / Internet Access

Our computer stations are fully loaded including high-speed Internet access. Wi-Fi is also available.

Shipping & Handling

Take advantage of our small package shipping services. Shipping is available via FedEx. We have daily pickups, airway bills and a full supply of packing materials.
